Customers may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order by emailing teamlauwaxworks@gmail.com with their order number.
Cancellation requests made after this period may not be accepted if production, packing or dispatch has already begun.
If an eligible prepaid order is cancelled, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Since LAU products may be made to order, orders are generally dispatched within 8 to 10 days from order confirmation unless a different timeline is mentioned on the product page or communicated to you.
Delivery timelines following dispatch depend on the destination, courier partner and circumstances outside our direct control.

Keep candles away from children, pets, flammable materials, drafts and heat-sensitive surfaces.
Improper use of candles or accessories may cause injury or property damage.
LAU Wax Works will not be responsible for loss or damage resulting from use of a product contrary to the supplied safety instructions or for uses for which the product was not designed.
